Contract Management
*Pre-construction input to designdevelopment stage including setting up and placing supply chain orders
*Key deliverables: Time, Cost & Quality.
*Planning and management of construction process (agreeing phasing to minimise disruption)
*Support by quality assurance processes
•Regular review meetings
•Close liaison with site
*Development / value engineering team to ensure continuous Improvement
*Responsibility for Health & Safety across construction phase
*Completion of all post contract information
*Close communication with cost manager to ensure client has visibility of project costs.
*Weekly site audits
